Diane is a trained actor who has worked in such popular dramas as Dr. Finlay and High Road. Her stage work includes children's favourite, Postman Pat and her radio work extends from news reading to personality led programs including her award winning Radio Forth show.

'Education is so result driven these days often the more creative side of life is neglected - our aim is to redress the balance'

Alison:
'I didn't get into radio & tv until I was 26 . When I said I wanted to work in the music industry my career guidance at school told me to 'get a job in a record shop' If something like this had been around then I'm sure I would have found out a lot earlier what I wanted to do. Everyone has a talent, we're here to help you find it.'

Diane:
'It wasn't until I left school and embarked on my drama course that my self-confidence grew, I met lots of like-minded people and as a result I found my niche. To instill confidence in young people who haven't yet had a chance to experience the more creative side of life is hugely exciting - especially if it allows them to flourish in an area they wouldn't normally be exposed to. I'd have gone if I'd had the chance!'
